Returns & Replacement Policy
Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.
Claims must be raised within 12 hours of the delivery date via call or message at +27 68 159 0914.
Any claim raised after 12 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
The claimed item must not be unsealed, opened, or used and should remain in its original packaging and condition.
Replacement will only be issued against claims that are returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once the return is received and analyzed by our Quality Assurance team, a replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
Items being returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so they must be properly packed to avoid any delivery damages.
Replacement of the same product and shade will be prioritized. A different product or shade is not encouraged for replacement — please report your case in detail to our Customer Service team for any special consideration.
