We at Urban Edge Cosmetics  understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online. But, in order to avoid fraudulent activities, following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer

Returns & Replacement Policy

Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.

  • Claims must be raised within 12 hours of the delivery date via call or message at +27 68 159 0914.
    Any claim raised after 12 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.

  • The claimed item must not be unsealed, opened, or used and should remain in its original packaging and condition.

  • Replacement will only be issued against claims that are returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date.
    Once the return is received and analyzed by our Quality Assurance team, a replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.

  • Items being returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so they must be properly packed to avoid any delivery damages.

  • Replacement of the same product and shade will be prioritized. A different product or shade is not encouraged for replacement — please report your case in detail to our Customer Service team for any special consideration.
